Hello ! i have been having this issue for quite a while now, and i don’t seem to find a way to solve it so i am posting here maybe i will find someone who had this issue and solved it,so my problem is i keep getting disconnecting from the game or any other MMO i play every 30 min’s the network doesn’t show any disconnection sign or anything also the browser still works fine, so i can only feel it while playing i don’t get any ping spikes (my ping is around 70ms) for example if i disconnect at 1:13 the next dc is exactly 30 min’s after at 1: 43 .
i noticed also that it starts to happen when there is two computers powered on , when the other is off it never happens, i tried formatting both PCs but didn’t solve it so i am sure it isn’t any software that is causing the issue.
it is really annoying while doing WvW or story quests since i get kicked outside the map and i have to redo the queue or the instance , any suggestions to solve this?

Look into you power saving settings, and make sure your network card is not
maybe disabled automatically there every 30 minutes. And yes ofc that should
only happen if inactive .. but maybe there is a bug in the driver or whatever.

Oh .. and look for newer drivers.

i bought my pc about a week ago, i had the same issue with my old pc

Ok .. then it is maybe simply a problem with your router.

Look for the modell and do some google search .. or post it here if you want
other people to google for you,

Have you bought it, or was it from your ISP ? If from ISP maybe you should ask
their hotline.

Just past 100 days and the router was dropping signal every 20 minutes and needed to be reset

If you’re using Wifi to connect to internet, check the router’s lease time. If it’s set to 30mins then it will disconnect you in this way.

I am connected via cable !
but i think i fixed the issue i changed the lease time (DHCP) of my router from 60 min’s to 1 week, i have been online for few hours now without any disconnection.
but that would still make me DC ,half the time of the lease time which is 3.5 days
so it didn’t really fix the issue 100%
