Guild Wars 2

I have been having a lot of disconnects in the last week or so. It typically happens when I have just completed a story quest instance and of course I have to do it over. It has occurred randomly as well. Since the patch I am also getting weird screen anomalies that I don’t know are related. In looking at this traceroute, I don’t understand as a US player why I am routed to Frankfurt and then back to US ncsoft. This Frankfurt piece looks to be where the issue starts…I am obviously no master of any of this networking side, but I have investigated by router, called my ISP, have a new machine with a newer graphic card and cannot believe this is a result of something on my end.

Looking through the log you posted I can’t see anywhere where it shows you are being routed to Frankfurt. I would venture to guess that Level3 is the issue, that backbone provider in known to be very laggy.

yeah …just frustrated….came out of no where again. Have been going good for a long time…and then in the last 2 weeks here we go again.
