Guild Wars 2

Ever since Jan 24th 2015 Midnight (Pacific time) (I am in Eastern so 3am for me) I get D/C once I get into the game with a character and literally within 30 seconds I get disconnected. This is happening to many players. It has only been since the weekend double XP and then bam! We cannot use it because we cannot play!

And the mission I was on and almost done reset

Just happened a 4th time. Will the Double XP be extended because of this or will we all miss out?

I took a break from the repeated Disconnects to post out of frustration and I go back to the game to be DC again. We have only had the Double bonus for 20 min and we cannot enjoy it.

Was looking to come back to the game after well over a year, and my first time of playing again is those constant disconnects. Whelp, off to bed it seems.

Same thing is happening to me.

Keep getting disconnected too, there’s also a post on reddit with several people experiencing the same.

I played for about 30 min without problems, then I tried to WP to Silverwastes, and that’s when the problems started. Now it happens on other maps too though.

This is utter bullkitten! You announce a new expansion but your servers can’t handle the people coming back to check on the game. 3 years of ‘progress’.

Same here. About 3 am pacific time, ive been unable to play for longer than 5 seconds during about 30 log in attempts. I’d love to purchase a few new skins but I can’t log in long enough to even get to the menu. Really wish I could play.

It’s been happening to me, too, especially with my main character, whom I planned to overhaul and get her new skins and everything… Now I can’t play with her because of the dcs. I begun having such annoying problems with the game that I definitely won’t be buying the expansion.

Not the mention that I and many other Mac users have been having problems with the crashing Trading Post since September, and we didn’t even get a reply from the devs, let alone a fix.

I don’t know what you’ve changed, but something is not right. My game worked perfectly fine before, the problems only starting with the September patch Trading Post, and now with these disconnects.
