I have some problem with my Display Name, all my friend see Xaras.4265 but is Xaras.4267 and i cant receive mail in game.

How update this change?

There can be same display names for different players, only the last numbers change, ask your friends to delete Xaras.4265 from friendlist and to Add Xaras.4267. Ask them to send an email to Xaras.4267 and see if it works.

I’m having the same problem. My friends delete me from contacts and re-add me but old number still shows up. How do I change this or update it?

Update on this: I tried to help the player ingame, i add him and i was able to email him, he received my email ingame, but their friends that already add him before couldn’t send him an email, even if they remove Xaras.4265 from the list and add Xaras.4267, it would still appear Xaras.4265. After awhile the support answered his ticket and told him that they just need to wait a few hours to the system to refresh/update.

Did you upgrade from a trial account to a full account when this happened? I know after the Lost Shores event several trial accounts had a similar issue upon upgrading.

I do believe it required support to fully resolve.
