Hello everyone,
So recently I got hacked. Hacker stole some gold, deleted all characters. Anyway when I got my account back (after 2 weeks -_-) I saw that my Forum name and name shown in character select has changed to Valentas.3164. Although my friends see my old Display name in their friend list. I contacted support, so they could change my Display name to my original. And they said that they can’t change it. It’s not possible.

Here’s a question : How the hell did hacker change my account name?

Actually code is code, not being able to change it is a design flaw. lol
We’re not talking about rearranging planet mars, we’re talking about a display name. XD

Also are you sure it was the hacker who changed it?

My name was ShadowNexus.numbers, but after I got it back it’s Valentas -_-

Whoa, how did the hacker change your display name? Something seems fishy. But yeah, totally agree with Loli, I can’t believe they can’t revert back your display name. We should be able to change them in the first place.

Did they give you the wrong account back? It seems odd that your name could be changed once and not again.
