I have two account one a gave to my wife and just registered the other one.
Can i move a character from the old (this account) to the new one
Also when registering I used the same display name by mistake can that be changed?

First – no.
Second – it is not the same, it has a different digital number.

ya ya its the same .4310 or .4312 its like asking Jason and Jayson are not the same name
And I’m more wanting the second changed i haven’t ever played the other one or logged on the forums with Ill just ask for a refund. Zero time played with a digital copy. I also haven’t down loaded the game yet either

yeah i think you can just ask for a refund. Then recreate it after repurchase. Would be nice if we had the option to change display names now so you don’t have to ask for refunds.

Hmmm. I wonder if Customer Support can just delete your newer account? They have been clear that they will not change a Display Name, but it seems like deleting the account so that you can start over in creating the new one is cleaner than going through the whole refund and re-purchase dance.

The support can’t delete accounts! The best option will be the one by CoolConfidence.4935:
