Seems reasonable that they should if you wanted to re-roll a character. That way your new character could get the same amount of bag slots.

No they don’t. Try to be sure that if you buy slots, it is on a character you will be playing long enough to get good use out of it.

Yeah I purchased all the bag expansions on my account before I discovered that registration put my key on a second account and not the one I have been playing since Beta
