For clarification “customer care” generally deals with customer satisfaction and concerns rather than tangible issues which have an established solution.
While I’m aware that the Devs read and actively respond to messages posted in these forums, I’m not comfortable using it as a place to voice my concerns. Is there a more private method to submit this form of feedback?

As suggested, the best way to share your feedback it through contacting Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. You are more than welcome to provide feedback via this means.
If you look at the top of this web page, to the right of the word “Forum” is the word “Support”. Click that, make a support account, and you can write about whatever you want. It will assign a ticket number and you can have a back and forth conversation for as long as they keep answering you.
