So i sent two letters already to support, so i can get a refund of my double draconic armor.
but they always respond me with “I am transferring your ticket to our Game Support Department so that an agent on that team can assist you.”
i’ve received this kind of reply before, and never got any response after that.
Sending additional tickets only slows down the process. As you can imagine, the CS team has a lot on their plate currently. They will address your issue as soon as they can, I am sure. Good luck.
As for your previous ticket, did you post in the Sticky ‘Tickets 3 Days and Older’?

Just out of curiosity, what do you expect to be “refunded” to you for multiple (potentially crafted) Exotic armor?
