My account has been wrongfully terminated. I have sent them 2 messages in the support section and my account has not been unblocked nor have i received a single message updating me on whats going on with my account. It has been 5 days now and I am becoming very frustrated with them.
Can anybody give me some insight as to how long it takes for them to respond or even investigate my issue?
I paid good money for this game and have read and followed all the rules.

If you’ve opened a support ticket, there’s a thread up above specifically to request the review of issues that have gone at least 3 days without a response (remember to include ticket #’s).

Like Elis said, post in the thread above. There isn’t a great deal you can do other than that. I have no idea what’s taking so long, but I understand your frustration. I’ve had my account terminated for about 4 days now. All I can suggest is that you gather as much information together as you can that might be relevant to your case.

I’d also suggest you click the forum profile button and add your ticket number to your signature. It will save you having to post it every time you write here.

Assuming you’re innocent (which I’m sure many people here actually are), I wish you the best of luck in getting your account back.
