So I bought Heart Of Thorns 2 days ago and was able to play it yesterday, gliding, doing the story and check out the elite specialisation. When I logged in this morning I didn’t have access to any of it at all, just as I haven’t bought the expansion. My friend has the same problem as I bought him the game yesterday. I was just wondering if there is any way of fixing this, because, I did buy it, but I don’t have access to it. Even tried to use the Serial Code on the Arena site again but it just says “The serial code given was not recognized by our system. Please try again.”
