I need a mod, i was double charged for a gem purchase, so instead of it just being the 20$ for 1600 gems i was charged 40$ and i did not get the more gems if that is what you are going to say, i would like to be refunded 20$, if it comes to it please check my account. Sorry but this shouldn’t even happen with your ingame purchasing system.. Im putting the photo of the charges on this. I have the order number as well, if you msg me back ill give that as well.

Just whatever you do, do NOT do a charge back. That will get your account irrevocably shut down due to contracts with the company they handle their finances with.

Support got back to me very quickly. It’s an issue that happened around the 16th, and they are working to credit those who had the error.
