My friend bought me a Noble outfit for a christmas present. I received two in my account today, unable to use the 2nd one. There seem to be an error in purchase since my friend claimed that she only purchased once and there was no warning or indication for the 2nd one. The Extra Noble outfit is still in one my characters. Please Help us resolve this since the Gems used was purchased via gift cards(real money not gold). We still have the card number and serial code to prove it. It would be a waste of money if this does not get resolved. Hoping for you quick assistance and thank you. Merry Christmas.
