My advice is NOT to download this, people. If you really want to use something to optimize your internet speeds get TCP Optimizer – it’s free. My advice is still to not “optimize” your network settings at all

Unless you are still using Windows XP, these programs don’t make any good difference and might make things worse. I’ve done a lot of testing in Windows 7, 8 and 10 and found that it’s best to just leave the default OS network settings alone.
