After the the Wintersday patch I’m unable to log in the game.It keep saying that Download connection error and wont finish the download..Please help

i have the same issue too, and it is very very annoying….

Does it say
“Connection error(s) detected, Retrying…” ?
then that’s almost everyone’s problem out here.. I’m facing this one too.
Possibly, too much people are trying to login at one time because of the events.

I can only suggest to keep trying again later. I doubt the problem is at your end (why would it be?).

Yep, same here. Tried to download a zillion times and it gets to 55.45 mg and stops

I have the same problem! but it got fix since I started using Hotspot shield to download the patch.

but if I don’t use it goes back to the same problem. I hate using Hotspot shield because it effects the speed of my other games makes it slower and I always get the IP ban because of the program!! does anyone here know how to freaking fix this without using another program? I want it to work as normal as possible.

Yup, unplayable. Patcher just gives me the error dialogue report screen.
