Guild Wars 2

Im getting this screen popping up as I try to update my game. I’ve tried restarting and rebooting my router, but nothing has worked. I know my internet connection is working, but what can I do to fix this.

I have limited broadband, so redownloading is the worst case scenario

Does anyone have a fix? I really want to get back into the game!
