I login and it says welcome, however I can’t click play because its still downloading but its been stuck at zero for hours now. :/ any suggestions on why or am I forgetting something?

This is happening to me also. Very frustrating. Can’t play at all.

Have you guys checked your antivirus and firewalls? Also, you can try using msconfig to temporarily disable startup programs. You could also attempt the language change solution (French or German). Or even the dns change.

If you just can’t get it to go, maybe submit a ticket.
