Guild Wars 2

I’ve been waiting to play for days! I’ve now downloaded the game to 100% but nothing happens after.. If I close the downloader I will have to restart the download.. but nothing happens once it gets to 100%.. please help.

I have a 2.6 ghz macbook pro retina,
8 gb ram, 512 gb SSD

Yes

I’m home now.. changed the language.. getting very frustrated. This is the third time I have to download this massive file.

In addition to providing the requested info for Ashley. I’d suggest a couple things. First are you an administrator System Settings→Users and Groups→your login = admin? If not try getting the admin user to login and download the client. Secondly, if you ran user permissions Applications→Utilities→Disk Utility→Repair Permissions as a non admin user, you can run into similar problems, have the admin user run this again. These are obviously based on whether or not you are admin. If so, than these are moot.

Also, switching your language has to happen when the loader is actually stuck, not before. There is an odd glitch that the loader won’t load, and then switching languages at that point fixes. If you do it before (while the loader is downloading) it won’t actually fix it.
