Have you tried to recreate the account, to see if it actually created it or not?
Yes, we did create an account and now when we use the serial key again it says that it’s been used.
Ok. You need to create a support ticket. It seems that the account system is having a few issues as there have been a few people that have had the same problem.
Can i ask if your friend has checked their email and seen if there is a verification email there?
make sure to check the spambox too.

My brother (his account) have problem from today with game login and site login , the problem error 3002, saying “The email cannot be found”
any help pls ? can’t play 24h….
the game is order from Official gw 2 site standar digital version and have 7-10 days played.
