One of my characters cannot login and keep getting this error code. I have tried logging in my other characters and don’t get the same problem. I have tried restarting my PC, my ISP modem and cleared cache but still get the same error code when I login my main character. I am trying to finish my map completion achievement and currently on 93%, whenever I am able to login that character and try to transfer to another map, I get the error code 5:11:3:159:101 . I am certain that its not an ISP problem because when i use my other characters in the same account nothing occurs. It only happens on that certain character I am doing map completion. And also the support is down, I cannot file a ticket or whatever. Please I need help.

That is what I keep on getting after sending them multiple tickets asking about the status of my request. I really don’t think ANET has plans on answering my inquiries with regards to the problem I’m having. They don’t seem to understand the frustration I am going through as a gamer who can’t log-in and as a customer who can’t get straight answers on why I am experiencing this problem. ANET Customer Service SUCKS!
