If your ticket is more than 3 days old, and you are still having trouble, post in this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Tickets-for-Review-3-days-and-older-merged/first. Be sure to include the ticket number.

Blake, have your previous tickets been closed? If so, we would encourage you to send a new one informing Customer Support of this, since you have been waiting for long. If you do not receive an answer for three or more days, then proceed to post your reference number and a brief description in the post indicated by Jinx, so it will be taken as priority.
