My ip changed and i was receiving no email authentification from anet. I had to reboot my router until i get an ip address that was previously authentificated on my account.

I also lost my email with my gw2 cdkey.

1- Is there a way i can recover my cdkey?
2- Am i alone to not receive email to authentificate my new ips ?

This actually belongs in the acount section of the forum. but to answer you.
1: no. your cd-key is an important part of your authentication. it is the only real proof you own the game. if you lost it, you can still play the game and support will still try their best to help you, but there is no 100% garantee anymore.
2: no, you are not alone. But i’m carefull to give too many details. There are ways to cancel email authentication. You should contact support (top of this page- click ‘support’ – then ‘Ask a question’).

So basically if my ISP change my IP address permanently. I lost my whole gw2 account cause Anet mail server dont send authentification ?

Seem like they need to work on this instead of releasing all kind of crappy update every 2 weeks.
