My wife has been trying now for 3 days to get onto the game yet when she goes to check her email for the authentication email to accept location the email doesn’t get sent, is this a known problem as i have tried all things on a previous forum update and has not worked

Yup checked spam, done the contacts, (about 7 of em) and also put in a ticket which got an automated response but that was a yesturday
