I am looking for answers, I got an email stating my account would be deactivated in 72 hours. . .

I wanted information but this is what happened when I put in my E-mail address for support.

Please help.

It’s a phishing scam trying to steal your account info. Here is a sticky thread on phishing emails.

I hope you didn’t follow the links in the email and provide your account info. If you did you need to change your password immediately and consider contacting support using the support link at the top of the page then the submit a request link.

If you have tried submitting a ticket (or will submit a ticket) to the CS Team and encounter an error, make sure to choose an option from any and all drop-down menus on the web-form.
