Im having the same problem
Me too. Getting disconnects every five or ten minutes. Love the game, but I’m quitting if it doesn’t get better.
I am having the same problem. Followed all of the steps advised (Editing the shortcut target with the IP, setting up port-forwarding). But that didn’t seem to help.
Ugh i keep getting this error as well. this is so annoying! i just want play the game
I was getting the error for a while, now i can’t even get past the character select screen without the game crashing. It really sucks
After going back and forth with Tech Support for the last week+, they’ve come to the conclusion that it’s packet loss on the side of my ISP (Time Warner). So I’m going to be going toe-to-toe with their tech support shortly. NCSoft’s Tech Support was awesome and communicative through the process.
