When I log in I can play for a couple of minutes, then the game starts to lag beyond measure. Sometimes the lag sorts out after a minute, but only to return some seconds later. If it doesn’t sort itself out I get error 7:11:3:189:101 saying I should try logging in later.

I only have this problem since this morning’ s patch.

yeah I’ve been having the same issue, and its annoying, i log in maybe 3 times and then i get frustrated and go play another game. i’m really unimpressed with how they are dealing with the content.

I am having the same issue ever since Dec. 15th. I can sometimes play for hours without interruption or I can get tons of disconnects within an hour… Really frustrated…

Having exactly the same issue. Something like 20 times today only in pve and wvw. Really annoying, specially when there are queues, im spending more time waiting than playing…

I am also having this issue. It is now to the point I cannot do fractals or personal story lines. I was really wanting to play with my guild over the Holidays but it looks like I am not going to be able to stay connected long enough to do anything reasonable. As an officer in my guild, I really wanted to be present for the activities in game.

I have double and triple checked everything on my system. I have no viruses. All my software is current. I have done a full re-install of GW2 (grumbled as I left my computer for a long period of time to do yet another lengthy download). I do have an AMD video card and know all to well of the known issues with the flickering, video crashes and other random oddities. This is a combined issue between GW2 and AMD. Until I can purchase another card, I will deal with it’s issues. However, this connectivity issue is most definitely a GW2 issue. I can play any other online game and have ZERO issues. I don’t want to go play other MMOs. I want to stay in Tyria with all the other crazy Charr loving freaks I call friends.

Can someone please point us in a direction that can possibly fix this issue? Even a partial fix would make me happy at this point. I own 2 copies of the game, a digital deluxe and a collector’s edition. At this point the pretty extras mean nothing. All I want is the basic game to connect and function.

Having the same problem as you guys, really getting to the end point with this game and arena net, a fix needs to come out really soon as lots of customers have this problem. Instead of pointing the finger telling us it’s our ISP providers problem why doesn’t anet get off there butts and fix it. I’ve done every crapoy “fix” they’ve said and it does nothing. I’m not paying 60$ for a game I can’t even play and if it’s not fixed soon will be getting a refund for this game one way or another.
