I was wondering if anyone has any idea what causes this error? I’ve been getting error code 3032 since launch day. Every hour or so it would disconnect me and it says Network Error.
I’ve also been getting Error Code 7, which I read it says that it’s either due to a firewall or because several ports aren’t forwarded. I forwarded my ports and had a tech from my ISP double check and all 4 ports are open.
Are both of these problems from your end? I had a support ticket in since the 28th and no response from there yet. For the record, I have tried repairing twice, reinstalling and doing a port check by adding /clientport 80 on a shortcut.

I have the same problem since launch day. Every 5 min disconnect and error code 3032:1002:3:3905:101
Anyone have any idea? I’ve tried everything. This game would be perfect if I could stay connected.

I just wanted to post here and sign my name on this issue. I have all ports forwarded, I watch my connection to make sure my router/modems aren’t disconnecting on my side of things, and I still get ridiculously frequent Network Error 3032 errors and game client can’t get a response messages.
When there is known maintenance going on behind the scenes I get these much more often, to the point where I’m being kicked out every five to ten minutes. Makes trying to do WvWvW/PvP/Dungeons/Personal Story missions impossible.
No actual answers yet? I’ve been trying to figure out what causes the problem, but no luck. It’s definitely not on our end. Been trying to get any information on it by posting here, sending in a support ticket a week or so ago and posting on the Facebook page and still nothing.

If you guys can play for a few minutes, then it is not likely your firewall.
I’ve been having exact same issue since day day 1 of headstart. I had no trouble whatsoever for the first bwe, then it just progressively got worse.
I did all the ‘solution’ offered (firewall, port forwarding) with no luck whatsoever.
I can’t play the game for longer than 15 minutes without this happening to me, usually it takes about 5 mins.
There’s a bigger thread about error 7, try to go there if you want cause there’s more info and some answers from Anet (not solutions).
I got this problem too (already in stress tests), and as you said, it’s imposible to do pvp/instances cause you get kicked and bye bye progress.

Just adding that I’m also getting these errors – quite regularly. Between Error 7 and 3032, the game has been rendered unplayable in the last few hours. Totally new, no changes on my end that I can tell.
Getting this same error, ports forwarded, AVG dissabled as suggested and still getting this error. Any help appreciated.,
