I’m just returning from a long break from GW2 (its been since summer) due to my laptop being broken. Well I received a new laptop about 2 weeks ago and decided I’d spend this weekend getting back into GW2.
So, I downloaded GW2 last night and received this error. I didn’t think much about it and thought I’d just try again in the morning. Well this morning I try again and recieve the same error. This is a brand new laptop and I’ve deleted McAfee from my laptop thinking maybe it was the issue (I didn’t like it anyway) and the firewall on my other virus program was turned off. I’m stuck and I’m not quite sure how to fix it.
“The game client is unable to gain access to the log in server at this time”
I’m also unable to access the Steam servers and I’m unable to go online on Origin games, I’m not sure if it’s the same issue though.
