Guild Wars 2

been trying to play since Sunday, but keep getting the error code 42:1000:7006:1232 “Guild Wars 2 and encountered and error. The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network.” Except that when I completely disable my Firewall and my Antivirus (avast) it still doesn’t work. I am connected by ethernet in a private home network. It was working normally about two weeks ago, and I have changed no settings. My Avast has Gw2 on my approved list of games. I have sent the CS team a ticket, and sent them the file that they had me generate that shows the logs and such, but it’s been 3 days and I’ve heard nothing back. Should I just try completely uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it?

My wife is getting the same error. Were on the same network. No changes.

There seems to be something wrong with the servers randomly denying access to people. My friend is also having trouble logging into the game and the forums.

Just got the game tonight and can’t log in either. What a downer.
