Guild Wars 2

I can log in the character select screen. I choose a character and hit play. Loading screen follows without the vistas and pois etc below the Lion’s Arch name.
Then this error pops up, tried playing with multiple characters.

Ok i have 5 characters, 4 in Lion’s Arch and 1 is level 1, his pre-quest mission has not been completed yet. Can only log in with the level 1. Problem started after Dragon Bash patch.

I really need some help, any info would mean a lot.

Reached Rata Sum with my 5th character that leveled to level 2. Still couldn’t enter Lion’s Arch. Got same error.

Can any one help me? Seems only Lion’s Arch that’s bugged.
