Error Code 58.11.5.523
Your log shows this:
- Crash <—*
Fatal Error: Fatal disk-error (1117) on read
This could mean that your hard drive is failing. It’s an I/O device error. You can try and check the drive for errors (you will need to reboot to do this):
Here’s how to do it (you’ll need to use the ‘chkdsk /f C:’ command and may have to do it a few times):

Unfortunately, you may need to replace your hard drive. If this works, let GW2 attempt to repair itself. Good luck.
Thanks for your reply.
Actually, the posted log was the one, I got from the -repair try and not the one, I got while trying to log in with my second account.
I post the login-log under my post, it includes something else, which i dont understand.

I used the command three times now, without any improvement. The repair attempts of the Gw2.exe always stop when only 42.275 datas are left. When I checked the hard drive for errors, I didnt get a message, that it is damaged. Is that normal?
Are there any other possibilities to play GuildWars on that laptop, or do i really need a new harddrive?
Yeah, it’s normal, after the check and repair the PC will boot up automatically.
Looks like you can’t repair it because it’s corrupted somehow. You will probably need to uninstall GW2 (make sure to delete the folder also) and start reinstalling from scratch.
That will take a while, but that’s the only option I can think of going on the info I have.
Edited to add: As far as your HDD being bad, I don’t have any way to know for sure without actually being able to run through some utilities. You may have corrupt data from something other than a bad HDD; you may have rootkit type infections; bad RAM can corrupt data or you could have permissions problems due to a damaged OS.
There are a lot of possibilities here, so I don’t want to tell you to replace a hard drive without actually knowing if it’s bad. If you check the properties of the drive, it should show as ‘Healthy’ if S.M.A.R.T. hasn’t detected any problems with it.

Okay, then I´m trying to reinstall GW2. If that doesnt work, I will let you know.
And many thanks for your help
After the Installation everything seemed to be okay, because I was finally able to repair my GW2.exe without getting the crash, caused by the damaged Hard drive. But after repairing, I´m still not able to login and get another Crashreport
Please help me, I dont know what to do else

On the launcher, are you logged into the game? Also, did you right-click the Guild Wars 2 shortcut and ‘Run as Administrator’?

Those appear to be security ID’s (registry entries). You could try cleaning your registry with a program that I’ve been using for a long time called Ccleaner (free version). It’s the only registry cleaner I fully trust. You can get it here:
Nope. i can´t log in. When I try to, i get the error code. Run as Administrator didnt work.
I already cleaned my registry with CCleaner in the morning, but didnt help too much :S. Maybe i didnt select the right box for these registry entries. I´m gonna give it another try.
Can´t I delete the registry entries manually?
Have you checked for rootkit/bootkit infections?
Try and run TDSSkiller, available here:
Tdsskiller found nothing, but I was on a LAN-Party the day before, so i thought of malware aswell, although i check everything with Malwarebytes before putting on my Laptop.

Today its not possible to download the patch for me. When I try to, it takes some moment but then it starts losing connection and isnt able to rebuild.
I´m currently downloading the drivers and stuff, because i will have to format probably.
Yeah, might be a good idea to reformat – could be that the OS is somehow damaged.
Bad news.
Reformating didnt solve the Problem somehow. It worked at first, but after the third tournament: same crash report, same login trouble. Then i went to another Computer in the same network, with which i played, while it didnt work on my Computer. But it didnt take long and i got the same error code on this Computer aswell without being able to login again. Now i think, that everything is caused by the Router.can that be true and would a reset help?
Finally I know the reason for the error.
I´ll post how to solve it, because someone might get it and probably wants to know how to play again, aswell.
Because where i live, it´s not more available than DSL Lite with 46kb/s download rate, I downloaded Netlimiter on these 2 Computers, that everybody can play GW2. When I was in tournaments, I used Teamspeak 3 and because Speaking in TS3 makes me getting laggs in GW2, i lowered the Upload-Rate with Netlimiter. That was the reason for the crashes and not being able to login. After Disabling Netlimiter, it worked again and I was able to login. What also helps is just to cap the Upload Rate of Ts3 for example and not the Upload-Rate for the whole computer.
Thanks to you abomally for ur help
