Error Code 7:1000:7006:462
Hi,
Anyone else getting error code 7:1000:7006:462 ? I get this error after been thrown out of the game. It seems to be the same error everybody else also is getting after 18pm gmt+1 time
meaning error code 42:0:9001:4409
I get the same error code same with 42:0:9001:4409 now and then.
This started to happen when the patch came (build 43170).
I’m not able to play the game at all and can’t even log in, sometimes I get in but I’m stuck on the loading screen into the map

Yesterday I even tried re-installing my client and it still gives me the same message.
I keep getting an error everytime I launch guild wars. it says the game client lost connection to the server please try again in a few minutes.. and I have internet connection.
so im getting the same problem any help?

Yesterday evening I had no troubles logging in but this morning I keep getting this error code. it happens as soon as I press log in.

Does Anet even care about reading our posts and call? its been 24 hours and they havent fixed anything.
Stop bothering Re-installing/Fixing/Searching/Doing/or w.e you are doing to fix your problem. Its not your problem, its Anet server problem and apparently no body care to fix our issue from the staff team.

Having the same issue, ran in safe mode and it still wouldn’t connect. Nothing wrong with the router because girlfriend using same internet and is able to play next to me. Please fix anet!
Can’t log in to the game, almsot impossible to log in to forum, submitted a ticket. Yesterday I could play normally and today my friends still can, but I can’t. Why? :C

Ok, I was able to solve it. What I noticed was my desktop clock was wrong. I set it to the correct time and it allowed me to log on. Hope this helps!
I had this issue and discovered that my system clock was set to a day prior to today (5/5/2015). Once I changed it, I was able to log in.

guys, i think that’s it! try checking your date- mine was on yesterday and when i changed it the problem got solved! ^^ thank you maethorn!

Yurps, Maethorn’s thingy worked. No idea why the hell I was set to the fifth, but hell. changing it back worked <3

Lissa confound us, its true! Windows time was running 12 hours out of sync because I dual-boot with Ubuntu, and it by default sets the BIOS clock to UTC (I’m on UTC+12). I have told Ubuntu to knock it off, the time is correct, and GW2 runs.

Thank you for telling us about the windows time. I have not been able to log in since Tuesday. I went crazy reinstalling, change password etc. I was going to reformat my computer but decided to check the forum after I send a desperate plea for help to tech support.
Is this going to be an ongoing problem?
Had this problem, too. Windows clock was correct.
So I decided to try to look into GW2 directory and found a crash.dmp and a tmp file. Deleted them, restarted the client, and everything was fine.
Should you want to try something like that, just remember to never delete the executable or the “.dat” file (20+ gigabytes), because they are needed to the game

This is the first day I’ve tried to log in in some time. I’m getting the Error Code: 7:1000:7006:462. The build is 51547.
My clock and date match GMT, my time zone.
I’ve tried reinstalling the client, checking the solutions for other error codes (https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/38813526-Common-Error-Codes), and deleting the crash.dmp and a tmp file from the GW2 directory as suggested above.
All without success. It’s a consistent code 7:1000:7006:462 denial. Any help finding a solution would be much appreciated.
