Tonight, after patching to the latest one, log in game, play for around 10 mins, disconnect TWICE…. Then Restart the game, Error Connect?? What the heck is it? My Net works just fine because I am here to type thing? Anyone experience the same?

You missed the boat – try saving the error – many of us are getting the:
7:11:3:191:101 right in the middle of fights and actions.
