Hello since i’m not getting any answer on twitter / spanish forums i’m gona post it here like a lot of people already did.

We’re having HUGE lag spikes then disconects with the error code 7:11:3:189:101, the game worked fine all days since today so it has nothing to do with my computer / ISP, suddenly tonight it started a few hours ago, this is frustating, can i get an answer here atleast? Thanks.

I’m getting the same error since one hour ago. I have had no problems since headstart and have made no change to my PC or router. I log in fine, I start to get large lag spikes, then after a minute or two I get disconnected with the 7:11:3:189:101 error. I play on the Whiteside Ridge server from Spain.

Same here. I’ve applied all the measures adviced such as disabling any kind of firewall/antivirus software, and port-fowarding the ports that GW2 needs. Still, I get this error after 30 seconds of gameplay, back to select char screen, log again, and down again in 30 seconds or less. It’s quite frustrating, and nothing of this happened yesterday.

The interesting thing here is that it seems to be related to the lag. I am going to hazard a guess that the servers are monitoring our connection speeds, if it is larger than a certain ping it is dumping the connections.

EDIT: note that I am on the US based servers, playing from Australia

It’s interesting aswell that started when Arenatet said on twitter:
“The Black Lion Trading Company is back up. If you have any items or gold that you’re waiting for, they’ll be delivered later tonight. ~RB2 "

Same problem here, playing from Barcelona – Spain, using fibernet.

No problems whatsoever since day 1, and all of a sudden, not even an hour ago, disconnects all the time every 20 secs, getting kicked to the character screen with the error code mentioned above by the other players: Error code 7:11:3:189:101.

Can we have some input about this issue please?

Weird. Having the same issue, and it started around the same hour too (~3h ago). At first it was 20~30 mins between disconnects. Now i’m lucky if i can play 2 mins.

Never experienced this before.

I’m also from Spain (but not playing on Whiteside Ridge).

this is exactly what it’s happening to me it’s so anoying trying to play, like masive lag and shut down from my internet, but internet it’s fine, and no other info, just this post, and no answer from staff or anything. i’m from spain too, bsanta coloma-barcelona-spain. i’m using jazztel 20 mb with “fast path” activated (2 mb upstream- 14-18 downstream).

Same problem, playing from Spain too on Baruch Bay, using Telefonica.

Edit: Tried /clientport 80 but like before, 1 or 2 min and the game kicks me to character screen with the Error code 7:11:3:189:101.

I’m also getting continual disconnect from the server. I’m located in PST and close to Seattle. I’m on high speed extreme cable internet and I’ve not had this type of disconnection since launch Aug 24th 9pm PST. Ping to Seattle server tested on speedtest.net is constantly <15ms. I also make sure I’ve the correct port/firewall setting for GW2. It all just start happening this afternoon. The server I’m playing on is Yak’s Bend.

Same here, but I’ve been suffering this since stress tests. There’s another big thread about this error, better go there instead of opening more about the same issue (I’m from Spain too, but our forums seem to be quite isolated compared to this).

Let’s see what happens, but I feel quite bad cause I paid 55€ to play this long waited game, and I’m getting really sick with it.
