Agreed. I get disconnected every minute since the maintenance and I can’t play like this.
Impossible to play. Crash at the 60 seconds of start playing. In my case there is no error message. Only the screen freezes and I have to push CRTL+ALT+END to kill the process.

Same here, can play for about 15 minutes before disconnect.
I stopped playing MMORPGs because I hated incompetent developers who couldn’t fix stuff whenever problems arise. After 5 years of not playing any MMORPGs a friend convinced me that GW2 and Anet was different. But apparently he’s wrong…
I’ve only had this game for less than a month and I’ve played more than 20 days without having this problem. Then all of a sudden, since yesterday, I kept getting disconnected and seeing this error message like every 3 minutes – making GW2 unplayable for me.
I see that a lot of people here had been having this problem for more than 4 months now and I don’t see any explanations nor solutions from Anet in this part of the forums…
I am NOT willing to wait months for Anet to fix this problem in order for me to play again.
I demand a refund.
Same Issue here in Germany. I already put down my Windows Firewall and my Avira. Someone on the Forums said, it happens with old D-Link Routers. So i unplugged it.
Just with the Modem up, i have played for about 5 hours fine. 15 Minutes ago there it was again, my old friend the Error 7:11:3:189:101.
I have just Teamspeak running, nothing else and still get this kitten error. I thought i would buy another Router but it seems the Problem was not my Router, the Source of the Problem must be another.
So what now? Its a common Problem and no solution after Months? I really like this game but its unplayable with this error.
constantly getting this error as well as other error numbers – all social functions of the game are blocked, cant view whos online on my guild, cant invite friends to parties or whisper them, but mail does work. I am able to move around in the game world and see others moving around me.
But every few seconds i get this error, or the firewall/router error, or the “cannot access the login server at this time” error.
I dont believe its my router or anything as i have a fibre fast internet (90MBp/s), and playing world of warcraft all night has shown no disconnects to that game.
Arenanet – please can we have a response as other people on my server in map chat (map chat is the only chat that works for me) are having similar problems.
Same for me since maintenance, today has been unplayable for me random crazy lag folllowed by the game crashing getting this error etc
Add me to the list , I never got this error when I played during launch , It is on Anet’s side of things .

Most of my guildmates can play without this problem and we all live in the same country. I’m still unsure if it’s the area, the ISP, Anet’s servers or all of them. I hope a solution can be found.
