Error code: 7:11:3:191:101
I’m also having this problem the past few days. Seems to be getting worse. Not having issues with any other online game or program.
Seems my issue is with Blackgate Borderland and Divinity’s Reach. The other borderlands and EB cause no issues. 3 way zerg fights in EB and JQBL caused no problems, but shortly after zoning into BGBL the skill lag would kick in and I would be booted to character screen. Also, no issues in LA, but DR would lag me out.
I am stuck in Heart of the Mists with this error. It only happens with HOTM. I tried with a second character and same problem occured. He got stuck in HOTM. Everything lagged then i disconnected. Please help
Guys, around 18:00-22:00 (UTC+02:00) I’m also having such bug. Before it gets me to the character screen, i’ve got some very bad lag ingame, then connection is lost.
There are thousands of players affected by it, probably more, but majority is always silent. It’s several month long issue, in my case it started 2 months ago. You can follow the link with instructions.

Defeated SB at 4:48pm with no problem BUT when it hit 5PM unbelievable lag happen. Ruffle 3 minutes later I got pushed to Character select screen with error Code=7:11:3:191:101 after a few minute I tryed my other characters out come was the fact that I could only be on at the maximum of 6 minutes with hell of lag and the unable to use way points, do x-miss day events like ringing of bells, and unable to go form one map to the next.
Tried to do every thing I could think to be able to get pass this error other then deleting game an reinstating GW2
