Well, that’s interesting. I should try to play with my other characters (not the one getting error 7) and see it myself.
I have the same problem. Few days ago i got that error code (=7:11:3:191:101) —- I post a topic here, but nobody answer… Now i’m stuck in loading screen, then got again error.
Connecting became less frequent, 2 out of 3 the first night, 1 in 5 yesterday and today I can’t connect to the log in server at all. It’s weird how this has progressed slowly rather than just being a sudden change as you’d expect.

Yep. Explained it to my guildie as character bound lag. Needless to say he laughed, and thats the essence of the situation. Laughable.

Still remains unsolved. Everything works fine except for GW2.

Do you have BT as your isp? If so check your routing city in your e-mail varification log in. I had the exact problem when my city changed to D4 south moulton. Re-boot your router/homehub and see if you receive a new verification e mail when logging into the game, if you do your ip will have changed and you might have moved route. mine changed to D5 Doncaster and since no problems. If they carry on then may well be worth contacting BT/isp as the fault will be lying with them. Im no expert on routing of tinternet traffic etc but this fix worked for me.

I actually did get a new verification e-mail when I logged in and my IP Address looked unfamiliar. The game worked fine for awhile but now I get 5 seconds of action before getting booted. What exactly do I need to do? I understand the part about resetting my router but I’m unsure as to what you’re trying to say when you talk about D4 and D5 Doncaster, BT/isp, etc…

I’m experiencing this same problem on my Guardian in Rata Sum.
