When I go to the support section of “recover account” of any sort, I get redirected to my account overview page instead, is anyone else experiencing this problem? I forgot my passwords, or rather, I typed it wrong in both spaces and now I’m stuck out of the game thanks to that faulty link.

If someone knows how to fix this please share!

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘typed it wrong in both spaces’. There’s only one place to enter your password when launching the game, and it should allow you multiple chances to enter the password. If you have saved your password for the forums, you can look it up in your browser.

I apologize for the confusion. What I meant was that when I decided to create a new password, I must have made the same typo in both the space for the new password, and the “confirm password” space, because I can’t log in to the game now, typing the password I had decided.

I submitted a ticket, yes, I’m just doing everything I can since they are taking some time to reply. Thanks for the reply.
