Errors buying gems

hey, tried buying some gems today. Kept getting an ‘error’ on the last part of the transaction.. is anyone else experiencing this?

I tried 2-3 times, just curious because i dont want all the transactions to suddenly process or something.

Yeah, been trying for two days, put in a support ticket asap, probably the only way to get help.

Same here, I sent in a support ticket last night and got a very quick replay (<1hr) saying they were looking into the matter but haven’t gotten a resolution just yet.
