Guild Wars 2

Today I came back to GW2 and found the email containing the 5 essences of luck. I, however, was on a character i 2 minutes later deleted and didn’t know the mail was soulbound. So I went onto my level 80 character wondering where the mail was until I checked the forums and realized i had deleted the mail with the character. I’m curious if there is anything ArenaNet can do to help me recover the essences. Thanks!

You will need to contact support and ask them that question. Go to the support tab date the top of the page then go to ‘ask a question’ and fill out a ticket.
