Expand Vault slots

I want to buy gems to increase my vault space. The checkout system is not allowing me to do so. Both the new card & paypal option seem to have the same issue. I fill in all the necessary info but am unable to CLICK the submit button.

Note: I’ve searched and have not found anyone with this issue. There is a bunch of issues with rejected cards and non-delivered gems. My card is NOT being denied since I am not even able to submit the payment.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Sometimes you have to click elsewhere on the screen so it knows you completed the fields. It’s some graphic glitch I think. (Hasn’t happened to me, so I’m not able to test the methods to correct it.) A friend of mine said he was about to by clicking else where on the screen, then it let me proceed.

I’m a Moose, a ginger moose even.

Also, I’m told that you need to select a credit card type and click that icon.

Could you let us know if you were able to purchase the gems? (And apologies for your difficulties!)
