Guild Wars 2

I started out with the f2p version of the game a few days ago but just bought the full version, mainly because it said “upgrade to full version and get a free world transfer”. However, it still wants to charge me 1000 gems to transfer, and now I’m really disappointed because either a) some kind of error happened, or b) what it said was really misleading.

Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do, or do I really have to spend more money just to transfer because the text was misleading?

You need to talk to support if it say you buy and transfer for free. The support link is top of this page.

You can also transfer free by delete all character. But make sure you take every thing from character and put in bank if you want to keep. Some sever will be full and might be very long wait to get in. Server only is important for WvW because all PvE is on mega server. That is something to know.

There is also a 7-day wait, after choosing a World, on any kind of transfer.
