FPS After building new system...
What clock rates are you using on that CPU/GPU?
MSI GTX 1080 Sea Hawk EK X 2xSLI 2025 / 11016 MHz, liquid cooling custom loop.
Samsung 850 Evo 500 GB. HTC Vive.
And what are your ingame settings? With things like Character Model Limits/Quality on high or ultra, in a crowded zone like HoTM, those FPS are pretty normal.
Yeah, that honestly sounds about right
EGVA SuperNOVA B2 750W | 16 GB DDR3 1600 | Acer XG270HU | Win 10×64
MX Brown Quickfire XT | Commander Shaussman [AGNY]- Fort Aspenwood

I haven’t tried overclocking anything yet, so CPU is at 4.0-4.2 (turbo) GHz, and GPU is at 1190 MHZ base clock. In SPvP matches, I’m at 60 FPS constantly. I’m just surprised that it would be as low as 40 FPS in a “city” area…
Mate, yesterday i have windows 7 and with x64 client i have 80-90 fps in spvp zone where alot people and ~140+ when im see another way.
Today im update my windows for windows 10, and what i see?
My fps drop for 40-60 in the same zone in spvp xDDDD
Drivers and other staff okey.
Time to back on windows 7, or wait when nvidia or anet fix it.

Problem, probably , is what you dont see.
Your brand new Win10 installation is no doubt running a BUNCH of crap compared to what Win7 had going by default.
There’s a whole host of unnecessary services and applications that want to run constantly on win7, even more on win8 and win10. If you’re into some extensive reading on the subject, google for “Blackviper” and go through the tweaks. You might not get back to exactly where you were but you absolutely should gain some performance with these tweaks on a fresh Win10 installation.
caution – If you do not read carefully and follow instructions very closely, you can make your OS unstable or inoperable.

Yeah, i dont see alot ofc ;D
But i see changes :
win 7 + all latest drivers + x64 client = 80-90fps and 140+ fps
win 10 + all latest drivers + x 64 client = 40-60 fps
Right now im back to win7 and check it again.
btw, i see, people have same problem in other threads and all of them have win 10, mby im wrong but it is regularity. i just want a stable system)
