Guild Wars 2

Hello, when i stand still and not using my mouse to look around only WASD then i dont get low framerate but if i use my mouse i get like 5 fps for 2-3 seconds. And i can’t play pvp i lag too much I have an gtx 560 ti and amd athlon 64 x2 6000+ Is the specs too bad becuase when i played wow for about a year ago then i could run it on high. Iknow that gw2 has alot better graphic and all but seriously i cant even have anything on medium. Mabey an update or something. I have latest Updates on gw2 and my Gpu. Please help

your GPU is fine, the bottle is on the X2 6000+, its about time to change it

Ill also add that you cant compare wow to GW2. WoW uses a old engine that doesnt requir much from you computer (cpu or gpu) even with all its updates.

you would have to upgrade pritty much your entire computer. So a budget would help any recommendations.

Ignoring budget for the moment though i would say try get a i5 2500k + motherboard + Ram. Possibly a new powersuply would be needed. You also may need a new case if your current one cant fit a ATX board. Your current grpahics card can be carried along ot the new rig same goes for hard drives, cd roms etc.
