My FPS will cap at 115 and then suddenly plummet to 30’s and then back up after like a second. In pvp my fps is about 60-80 and then plummets and causes me problems. My ping was at about 50 or 60. Selecting V-Sync will cause textures to be blue and the game won’t load between zones unless I ctrl-alt-delete>>cancel and then alt-tab to GW2. I have a Windows 10, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M and Intel HD 530. What could be the cause?
