Ok. I see that a lot of you are having FPS issues. I did at first, but there’s a simple fix. It’s called reseting your SMC

I played with around 37-60 FPS for 5 hours ( It stayed around 40-50, but in some areas the fps spiked down to 37, but it’s stay playable). I do have low fps (27-37) in cities and do remember that this is a beta client so fps drops like that are expected. WvW i had maintained around 47 FPS in combat with 16 other people in the match.

I sincerely doubt resetting the SMC would have much if any impact on game performance. When the game client was last updated in October, I was getting 40+ FPS in most areas. Through some of the November patches I’m now lucky to get 20. The only thing changed was the patches. If I boot up the game in Windows I get 70-90FPS at all times on the same system.

The FPS in the Mac Client is not very good, when i look at the Windows Client..

Hope it’s because it’s a beta client. So i play via Boot Camp on my Mac because i want to play the game so it looks nice

okay so I’m running at a max of 10 fps. I have the lowest settings put on and I’m getting lost just trying to make a quick turn because I cant see anything. Anyone have any help?
