I have submitted a ticket on my issue, but was wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems when buying gems. I have tried different credit cards to buy 8000 gems for $100.00 and each time it gives me a red box with a “Failed”

I have tripled checked all the information to make sure it was correct when typing it in.

I noticed 2 days ago there were some issues on another gem problem.

Ticket number is 512479

Update. I could buy 4000 gems for $50.00.

Also as soon as I spent the 50.00, my credit card issued a warning to me about possible fraudulent activity. Guess the credit card companies don’t like the DRI*ARENA and flag it and also may completely block $100.00 or more from going through.

This is 100% an issue with your CC company and your card settings and has nothing to do with making a purchase with Anet. It is likely you have some sort of setting on your card that flags any purchase made via the internet and may be blocking this types of purchases over a certain amount of money.

You can likely alter the settings by contacting your CC company (but some policies like this are part of your CC agreement and can’t be changed). Again, this is a CC issue, not something ANet can change.

I believe this isn’t a situation on our end, as mentioned above. I am glad you were able to purchase gems, but wonder if you’ve contacted your CC company to ask them for assistance? If they tell you to contact us, well then please contact Support and the team will help you. You can read through the Knowledge Base on that link, and you can submit a ticket via the “Ask a Question” tab on that page.
