Guild Wars 2

One of my friends that I’ve played a lot with who happens to be part of the Jade quarry community was recently banned for “selling gold.” I personally played WvW with her on a nightly basis and it’s pretty much all our group of players do. We don’t buy gold, we don’t sell it and we have a high moral code (we report cheaters/glitchers etc on our own server). The persons account is Kazushow.1309. While this is a mistake on Arena net’s part they will not respond to her messages asking for an appeal and her attempts to plead her case. They are simply ignored. This left us with no other course of action but to bring it to the forums. I personally put my reputation on the line that this person did not sell gold, buy gold or any of that. They worked hard to earn their gold in game and just got their commander pin when they were given this permanent ban.

This is Kazushow.1309, major character is “Raikkonen Of Arkham”. I come from Taiwan, any can speak three kinds of language: Chinese, Engilsh and Japanese. I’m a commander in server Jade Quarry. I’m also a member in a big Taiwanese guild called “Fury Of Order[FOO]”(a big guild in Taiwan, got almost 400 players in Jade Quarry).
I earn money in a stupid but useful way, playing Ascalonian Catacombs. I spent a lots of money in WvWvW for upgrade or buying sieges. When I need money, I’ll go to AC with guild members. I never buying gold, selling gold or doing others things against the rule in this game.
My 100 golds to buy commander’s compendium is come from guild members donated. Not because I’m using a asian ip and other asian send me money shows that we are gold buyer or gold seller. We just got passion in WvW. So they donated me money.
I had been work with a lots of commanders or guild leader in Jade Quarry, I sure that lots of them willing to proof that I’m a honest player.
Please help me solve this problem.

Please look at this problem, maybe the next time it’s your turn.
Anet can easily ban your account,don’t need too many reasons.more players are mistakenly banned the account,we send more support mails are not working.
We hope to help, let Anet can not do whatever they want.
