Approaching the personal story instance for “Containment,” a fatal error window popped up asking if I would like to send an error report. This occurs every time I start up the character now. Here are the details:

Is there a way to verify the cache files or is this a problem with the service? If so, I would like my login to be moved elsewhere so I can continue to play on the character until the problem is resolved. Thank you.
