My file remaining stuck but each time i reset launcher only the number of file decrease after few mins is stuck again and i check my gw2 file size after download for 1 hour is not increasing at all. Is this normal or there a problem with my file causing it to keep overwrite the same file

1. - The bar will only show how much of the download you have LEFT (not a percentage of the total) when the download is halted and restarted. The decreasing file # indicates you ARE making progress in the download.
2. - Windows Explorer will NOT properly show a file increasing in size as the download happens. This is how Explorer works, so yes, it is normal.

The file is over 20GB….it’s going to take some time to get downloaded.
